NASCAR is a racing sport that involves 40 drivers in stock cars driving competitively in order to reach victory. Although some people would say it is just "a bunch of colorful cars driving in a circle for 200 laps," I assure you that it is quite the contrary. It involves physics, like when drivers are "drafting" each other in order to get ahead of the pack. It is also a team sport, like basketball or football. Drivers have a "pit crew" that change the car's tires and pump gas into its tank in order to fully participate in the race. NASCAR is exciting because a team for a driver must make the car from scratch and depending on the resources, the car could go either very fast or very slow. NASCAR is a great sport to try if you like physics, and I encourage you to fully test the sport out.
